Aljoša Ilešič studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor, where he received his master’s degree in Industrial engineering – course Civil engineering. After graduate studies, he started designing furniture and creating artwork. When it comes to design and art, he doesn’t limit his potential to one discipline only.

His attributes include versatile approaches and sensuality, mixing techniques, focusing on detail. He believes that art should encompass a holistic approach.

Following his intuitive feelings, he seeks harmony between past and present, geometric and organic.

The same rule applies to all his designs: best quality materials and expressiveness. All in all, the common features of his design style represent a blend of contradictions: sturdy yet delicate, graphic yet soft, colourful yet harmonious.

His works have been featured in numerous print media publications and TV shows.
